Important: All of our orders are designers choice---which means if we do not have the flower/color/vase / ribbon requested or shown in a photo .....We Will Substitute!
If a certain flower is wanted you need to call the shop and check to see if it's available. 574-376-4045
We will reach out to you if a major change has to be made and we can discuss options.
We will not give refunds if we have to substitute!
No refunds because of substitution.
Satisfaction- If there is a problem with your delivery or purchase we must be contacted within 3 days. No refund will be given after 3 days.
Delivery Policy***************************
Our delivery cut off time is 12:00 noon for same day delivery. Orders coming in after that time will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery fees are based on mileage per Google maps.
We must have a telephone number for the recipient. If they live more than 4 miles away we will call them to make sure they are home to accept the delivery.
If we deliver and no one is home or doesn't comes to the door, we will tag their door asking them to contact us by phone. We will then discuss when a good time would be to redeliver. We will also follow up with a phone call to try and reach them.
If the recipient does not contact us or answer our phone call, we will try to call them again the following business day .
DO NOT blame us for non delivery if the recipient does not call us back!
It is our policy NOT to leave a delivery at the recipients door unless requested.
We are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.

Delivery to Hospitals
We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers.
To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store.
